Welcome! I'm Jeff Diedrich, the owner of 7 Letters. With a Master of Arts degree from Central Michigan University, my journey began as a speech-language pathologist. A pivotal moment came about six years into my career when I transitioned to state-level work, immersing myself in impactful statewide systems change efforts.
In 2006, my trajectory intersected with the transformative process of Structured Democratic Dialogue. Collaborating with Dr. Alexander Christakis and his seasoned colleagues, I witnessed the evolution of this process that became instrumental in reshaping my thinking. This experience prompted my mentorship with Aleco, propelling me into the role of a dedicated practitioner.
Since then, my focus has been on orchestrating 100+ dialogues at the state, national, and international levels. I am responsible for the creation of the next generation software, Logosofia, that supports the process of Structured Democratic Dialogue. My commitment extends to ensuring every voice is not just included but equal at every table.
